In a recent development in Jaipur, Rajasthan, BJP leader Rajendra Rathore has raised concerns about the actions of former Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot. Rathore’s comments come in the wake of revelations made by Gehlot’s Officer on Special Duty (OSD), who was considered a close and trustworthy aide of the former CM.
Rathore expressed surprise at Gehlot’s reaction to the OSD’s claims of surveillance and phone tapping. “When that person opened about him and said that telephone was taken on surveillance and even tapped…then saying who is Lokesh Sharma? is quite surprising,” said Rathore.
He further pointed out that Gehlot and Sharma have been seen together in many pictures, and Sharma has made multiple supporting statements for the former CM. “Today Ashok Gehlot is distancing from him,” Rathore added.
In light of these developments, Rathore has written a letter to the sitting CM, Bhajanlal Sharma, demanding an inquiry into the matter. As the political scenario in Rajasthan heats up, the citizens await the outcome of this controversy.
