In a significant move towards the all-round development of Eastern Rajasthan, Chief Minister Shri Bhajan Lal Sharma held a detailed discussion with departmental officers today about the ‘Eastern Rajasthan Canal Project’ (ERCP).
The ERCP, a major initiative dedicated to the upliftment of Eastern Rajasthan, has been under the close scrutiny of the Chief Minister. Today’s meeting was focused on understanding the current progress of the project and its implementation at the ground level.
Shri Bhajan Lal Sharma, known for his hands-on approach, provided necessary guidelines to the officers regarding the advancement of the work. He emphasized the importance of the project in bringing about a transformative change in the region.

The Eastern Rajasthan Canal Project is expected to bring about significant improvements in the region’s irrigation facilities, water supply, and overall infrastructure, thereby contributing to the socio-economic development of Eastern Rajasthan.
