Bhopal: In a significant development for regional cooperation, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav and Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma have come together to spearhead a joint initiative aimed at implementing the Parvati-Kalisindh-Chambal (PKC) Interstate River Link Project.
The joint effort, marking a milestone in interstate collaboration, was highlighted by CM Mohan Yadav, who emphasized the project’s potential to address water scarcity and boost agricultural productivity across both states.

The project is expected to link the Parvati, Kalisindh, and Chambal rivers, aiming to optimize water utilization for irrigation and industrial purposes in Madhya Pradesh’s Malwa region and Rajasthan’s eastern districts.
Echoing similar sentiments, CM Bhajanlal Sharma expressed optimism about the project’s potential socio-economic benefits for both states. “This initiative underscores our commitment to collaborative governance and sustainable development.
