Karauli, Rajasthan – Prime Minister Narendra Modi, in a public rally here, made a strong statement against corruption, promising strict action across the country.
“Strict action is being taken against corruption all over the country,” Modi declared to the crowd. His words come at a time when the nation is grappling with numerous corruption scandals, and his government has been making concerted efforts to tackle the issue head-on.
Modi also took a swipe at the opposition, referring to them as the “INDI Alliance”. He said, “The people of INDI Alliance are getting together against Modi. On one hand, there is Modi who calls to remove corruption, and on the other hand, it is them who want to save the corrupt.”
His words were met with applause from the crowd, as he positioned himself as the champion of anti-corruption, standing against those who, according to him, are trying to protect the corrupt.
“No matter how many threats are given to Modi, the corrupt have to go to jail. This is Modi’s guarantee,” he asserted, further solidifying his stance against corruption.
This rally is seen as part of Modi’s ongoing campaign to root out corruption from the country, a promise that has been a cornerstone of his tenure as Prime Minister. His words today have reiterated his commitment to this cause, and have sent a clear message to the opposition and the corrupt: strict action is imminent.
As the country continues to watch, only time will tell how these promises will unfold in the fight against corruption.
