Prime Minister Modi Lambasts Congress for Fear-Mongering on Ram Mandir and Article 370

In a fiery address at a public rally in Sabarkantha’s Himatnagar, Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched a scathing attack on the Congress party, accusing it of resorting to fear tactics regarding the construction of the Ram Mandir and the abrogation of Article 370. Modi’s assertions came as he sought to refute the Congress’s past claims that these decisions would lead to chaos and unrest in the country.

“The Congress used to scare people that if the Ram Mandir is constructed, then there would be chaos in the country,” Prime Minister Modi declared, emphasizing that the anticipated chaos never materialized. He added, “There was no chaos in the country but there is chaos in the heart of the Congress.”

Modi didn’t stop there, pointing out the Congress’s alleged fearmongering regarding the abrogation of Article 370, which granted special status to Jammu and Kashmir. “They said that if Article 370 is abrogated, then the country will break and there would be rivers of blood,” Modi recounted, before confidently stating, “But this is Modi… Now Article 370 is abrogated and the Tricolour is hoisted at the Lal Chowk with full glory.”

These remarks by the Prime Minister underscored his government’s stance on two of its landmark decisions: the construction of the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya and the revocation of Article 370. Both moves have been significant points of contention, with the Congress party consistently criticizing them as potential sources of discord and division in the nation.

The timing of Modi’s speech is crucial, coming amidst significant shifts in the country’s political and social landscape. The construction of the Ram Mandir and the abrogation of Article 370 stand as emblematic decisions of the Modi government, reflecting its commitment to its ideological agenda and promises made to the electorate.

Despite the Congress’s dire predictions, India has remained united and peaceful following these pivotal decisions, refuting the opposition’s assertions. PM Modi’s address in Sabarkantha is widely interpreted as a stern message to the Congress, reaffirming his government’s resolve and dismissing the opposition’s narrative as politically motivated fear-mongering.

As the nation gears up for future developments and challenges, Modi’s words serve as a reminder of his government’s unwavering determination to implement its agenda while upholding the unity and integrity of the country.
