Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the ‘Startup Mahakumbh’ at Bharat Mandapam today, emphasizing the significance of the event in the context of India’s roadmap to a developed nation by 2047, termed ‘Viksit Bharat 2047’.
“Today when the country is working on the roadmap of a Viksit Bharat 2047, I feel that this Startup Mahakumbh is of great importance,” said the Prime Minister. He highlighted the remarkable strides India has made in the IT and software sector over the past decade.
The Prime Minister noted the growing trend of innovation and startup culture in India, which he believes is continuously expanding. “Now, we are seeing the trend of innovation and startup culture in India. We are seeing it continuously growing and that is why it means a lot for all you friends from the startup world to be in this Mahakumbh,” he added.
