Prime Minister Narendra Modi took to social media on Tuesday to extend his heartfelt wishes on the auspicious occasion of Hanuman Jayanti.
In a post shared on platform X, the Prime Minister expressed his warm wishes to his “family members” across the nation. “I extend my best wishes to my family members across the country on Hanuman Jayanti,” he wrote.
Hanuman Jayanti, celebrated to commemorate the birth of Lord Hanuman, also known as Pavanputra, holds a significant place in the Hindu calendar. Lord Hanuman is revered for his unwavering devotion to Lord Rama, and his tales of dedication and bravery continue to inspire millions of ‘Ram bhakts’ or devotees of Lord Rama.
In his message, PM Modi highlighted this aspect, stating, “The dedication of Pavanputra will always remain an inspiration for all Ram bhakts.” He further expressed his hope that Lord Hanuman’s blessings would invigorate the nation’s resolution towards becoming a developed India.
“I wish that with his blessings, the resolution of a developed India gets new energy. Jai Bajrangbali!” the Prime Minister concluded, invoking the popular chant dedicated to Lord Hanuman.
