Kekri, Ajmer — Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma on Monday praised the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, highlighting several key social initiatives that have contributed to national development.
“Under the leadership of PM Modi, we do a lot of social work also,” Sharma said during a public event in Kekri, Ajmer. He emphasized that the Prime Minister has consistently stressed the importance of cleanliness, a cornerstone of the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan.
Sharma also lauded the Beti Bachao Beti Padhao initiative, noting its vital role in promoting the education and empowerment of girls across India. “The programme has played a significant role in bringing positive change in the mindset of society,” he added.
In addition, the Chief Minister mentioned the Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam campaign, which encourages citizens to plant a tree in honor of their mothers, calling it a powerful step toward environmental awareness.
Sharma’s remarks come as part of the state government’s continued focus on aligning local efforts with national schemes aimed at social reform and sustainability.
