Jaipur: Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma on Friday chaired a high-level meeting to review the preparations for Union Home Minister Amit Shah’s upcoming visit to Jaipur. The meeting focused on ensuring the smooth execution of all events and security arrangements during the minister’s visit.
According to officials, Amit Shah is scheduled to visit Jaipur on October 13, where he will lay the foundation stone and inaugurate several development projects across the state. In addition, the Union Home Minister will inaugurate an exhibition on the country’s new laws, highlighting key legislative reforms introduced by the Central Government to strengthen governance and justice delivery mechanisms.
During the review meeting, Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma directed senior officers to coordinate closely with central agencies to ensure proper logistical and security arrangements. He also emphasized that all projects being inaugurated should reflect the state’s commitment to rapid development, improved infrastructure, and public welfare.
The Chief Minister noted that the Union Home Minister’s visit will mark an important milestone for Rajasthan’s ongoing development initiatives and showcase the government’s focus on implementing citizen-centric projects efficiently.
The meeting was attended by senior state officials, police officers, and administrative heads from departments involved in organizing the event.
