JODHPUR: Union Jal Shakti Minister, Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, arrived in Jodhpur today via a charter plane from Delhi. The minister is set to inaugurate the crafts fair at Ravana’s platform ground, marking his commitment to promoting local artisans and crafts.
The crafts fair, an annual event, showcases the rich and diverse craft traditions of the region. It provides a platform for local artisans to display their skills and sell their products, contributing to the local economy.
Following the inauguration, Shekhawat will participate in a program organized in Pokaran. While the details of the program are yet to be disclosed, it is expected to focus on issues related to water conservation and management, aligning with Shekhawat’s role as the Jal Shakti Minister.
