Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat Celebrates Rajasthan’s Culture at ‘Parivarik Sneh Milan’ in Delhi

On the occasion of the Hindu New Year and the Gangaur festival, Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat attended the ‘Parivarik Sneh Milan’ event, celebrating the vibrant culture of Rajasthan and its people living in Delhi. The event, which brought together the Rajasthan diaspora, was organized by the BJP Rajasthan Pravasi Prakosth and was attended by several prominent figures, including Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal.

In his address, Shekhawat expressed his gratitude to the organizers and emphasized the importance of cultural unity. “For the ‘Parivarik Sneh Milan’, I would like to thank BJP Rajasthan Pravasi Prakosth,” he said, acknowledging their efforts in bringing together people from Rajasthan to celebrate the occasion.

The Union Minister also highlighted the significance of Rajasthan’s cultural heritage, stating, “The culture of Rajasthan, the cultured land of Rajasthan – the fragrance of Rajasthan can be felt wherever the people of Rajasthan reside.” Shekhawat further underscored the strong cultural ties that Rajasthani people maintain, regardless of their location. “People of Rajasthan keep their ties to their culture intact, wherever they may reside,” he added, emphasizing the sense of unity and pride among the state’s diaspora.

The ‘Parivarik Sneh Milan’ was not just a celebration of festivals but also a demonstration of the enduring connection between the people of Rajasthan and their rich cultural traditions. The event provided an opportunity for Rajasthani residents in Delhi to come together, celebrate their heritage, and strengthen their community bonds.
